Matt is the OG of all the Kazam OG's. Looking for a place to workout, Matt was the first person through my door on the day I opened (besides some family members I made join... at least that's what they'll tell you). You know if something has some weight to it, he's going to put it over his head. This guy is as strong as an ox and no matter how much he says the daily WOD is going to suck, he's there busting his butt! When Matt leaves the gym, he may leave a shaker cup or lifting belt behind, but you can tell he feels accomplished knowing he did his best to make himself better!

What keeps you coming back?: "Kyle and the Kazamily. Kazam is an amazingly warm and welcoming place. Kyle is a great coach and the members are friendly and encouraging. It feels like a home away from home."
How do you like spending your free time... Other than CrossFit?: "Reading, gardening, and playing with Max."
