WHY CROSSFIT KAZAM KIDS?

CrossFit Kazam Kids is the most talked about kids fitness program in the greater Pottstown/Limerick area. CrossFit Kids is a fitness program that combines gymnastics, body-weight calisthenics, and weightlifting to improve cardiovascular endurance, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, accuracy, and balance. When is CrossFit 
Kazam Kids?
CrossFit Kazam Kids runs in 6 week sessions. This design allows for a more inclusive and fun program than running it week-to-week, every week. Parents can plan around sports programs and extracurricular activities. With this format, Kazam will run seasonal events for your child to participate in, free of charge (if your child is paying the membership). The 6 week schedule is as followed:

What time are the Kazam Kids classes?
Lil’ Superheroes (ages 3-6):
Tuesdays: 5:15 – 5:40pm
Saturdays: 8:45am – 9:10am
Future Superheroes (ages 7-12):
Tuesdays 5:45 – 6:25pm
Saturdays 8:00 – 8:40am
