MEMBERSHIP POLICIES

Monthly Memberships

´╗┐All monthly memberships are on a month-to-month basis. CrossFit Kazam memberships withdrawal on the 15th of the month. You will be prorated if the sign-up date is prior to the 15th of a month and on the 15th, the full amount will be due. If cash or check is used as payment, your payment date is still the 15th of every month, not on the date you paid. 

 

Punch Cards

All adult membership punch cards have an expiration of 2 months of purchase date. Checking in on the front desk tablet takes a punch away every time you check in. You will be notified by email when your punch card is out of punches. If you fail to check-in, CrossFit Kazam reserves the right to estimate the number of times you've been in and remove that number of sessions from your punch card.  Your punch card will not automatically renew. You must notify CrossFit Kazam to renew the punch card or do it through the PushPress app. 

 

Discounts

If you qualify for a discounted monthly membership or punch card, all policies from a given membership still apply.

 

Introduction Sessions

Introduction sessions are paid prior to each session and are made by appointment with a coach. If you’ve done a session with a coach and have paid for that session, you will not be refunded any payments for that session. If you have paid prior to a session and CrossFit Kazam has not met your schedule in a timely matter, you may be refunded the full amount for that specific session.

 

CrossFit Kids

Monthly memberships for kids are paid on a per session basis. If you wish to join mid-session, we will prorate the sessions left. Joining mid-session may require you to pay for session events/parties. Joining for a full session would be free entry to most event, other than charitable events.

 

Cancellation Policies

As long as adequate notice is given, we have no problem cancelling or holding a membership for any reason. Life happens and we understand.

 

If you have attended at least one class after membership has been paid, we will not refund any membership fees paid. If your membership payment has been paid, but you have yet to use a session in that given month, we will refund you the full amount of the membership. No membership fees will be refunded if a full given month has gone by and you have yet to attend a session.

 

For CrossFit Kazam to pause a membership, the length must be at least a given payment month. We will not pause for anything less than a full month. A pause will only start on the 15th (start of the billing cycle). So if you say you want to pause on the 3rd of April, you must finish out the rest of the month until the next billing day. If you pause and come back prior to a full month’s billing cycle, you are responsible for that full month’s payment. If you are paused longer than a month, and wish to come back mid-billing cycle, you will be prorated for the time left in the billing cycle.
